Volunteering

QMOB is run by a small group of organizers from all walks of life. We maintain a non-hierarchical structure without elected leadership or board members, ensuring every organizer has an equitable voice in our work. We welcome dissent and disagreement, and are always pushing one another to deepen and expand what we do. Efficiency, effectiveness, and empathy guide how we engage our community and work to improve the spiritual, material, and emotional lives of our members.

If you're interested in joining our organizing committee, please fill out the form below. While general help is always appreciated, we are currently seeking people with specific skills or competencies to contribute. Our team already includes people with expertise in digital communications, financial tracking, public organizing, and religious chaplaincy, among other areas. We are particularly in need of someone who can support grant writing and long-term planning, as well as people with backgrounds in program development and event planning.
